مرحبًا بك في جمعية أطباء القلب الأردنية! تنظم هذه الشروط والأحكام استخدامك لمنصة جمعية أطباء القلب الأردنية، المملوكة والمدارة من قبل الجمعية. باستخدامك أو وصولك إلى منصة جمعية أطباء القلب الأردنية، فإنك توافق على الالتزام الكامل بهذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء من هذه الشروط، يجب عليك التوقف عن استخدام المنصة.
1. قبول الشروط

3. حسابات المستخدمين
للوصول إلى ميزات معينة في المنصة، قد تحتاج إلى إنشاء حساب مستخدم. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك، وعن أي نشاط يحدث تحت حسابك. تحتفظ جمعية أطباء القلب الأردنية بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك في أي وقت عند انتهاك هذه الشروط.
4. الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات والعلامات التجارية والشعارات والملكية الفكرية المعروضة على منصة جمعية أطباء القلب الأردنية هي ملك لـ جمعية أطباء القلب الأردنية أو المرخصين لها. لا يُسمح لك بإعادة إنتاج أو توزيع أو تعديل أي محتوى من المنصة بدون إذن كتابي مسبق.
5. المحتوى المقدم من المستخدم
عند تقديمك أي محتوى إلى منصة جمعية أطباء القلب الأردنية، فإنك تمنح الجمعية ترخيصًا غير حصري وخاليًا من حقوق الملكية ودائمًا على مستوى العالم لاستخدام المحتوى وإعادة إنتاجه وتعديله وتوزيعه وعرضه في إطار خدمات المنصة.
6. تحديد المسؤولية

7. التعويض
توافق على تعويض وحماية جمعية أطباء القلب الأردنية، والشركات التابعة لها، ومسؤوليها، ومديريها، وموظفيها، ووكلائها، من أي دعاوى أو أضرار أو مسؤوليات أو نفقات تنشأ عن استخدامك للمنصة أو انتهاكك لهذه الشروط.

تحتفظ جمعية أطباء القلب الأردنية بالحق في تعديل أو تحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت بدون إشعار مسبق. ستكون التغييرات على هذه الشروط سارية فور نشرها على المنصة. استمرارك في استخدام المنصة بعد أي تعديلات يعني قبولك للشروط المحدثة.
9. القانون المعمول به
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتُفسر وفقًا للقوانين المعمول بها في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، دون مراعاة لتعارضات القوانين.
