Use a standardized chest pain pathway based on clinical risk assessment and hs-cTn\u2014not sex\u2014to guide evaluation and management.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Women may still present with non-obstructive CAD, coronary microvascular dysfunction, or coronary vasospasm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Source: American Journal of Emergency Medicine.
