Patients from villages must be flown there.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> 3. Air transfers are expensive, costing between $200,000 to $500,000 per patient.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> 4. Internet is very slow, making it hard to send CT brain scans quickly.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> 5. AI software (RapidAI) is now used to help read brain scans automatically.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> 6. The AI checks the CT scan during the test and sends alerts to doctors immediately.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> 7. Doctors can see images and results on their phones without delays.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> 8. This helps decide quickly who needs urgent transfer and who doesn\u2019t.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> 9. Fewer patients are transferred unnecessarily, saving time and money.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> 10. The system was funded by a private foundation and used in 6 rural hospitals.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> 11.
