Context<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> \u2022 Same-day discharge after elective PCI is well-established.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> \u2022 But its use for acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients has been minimally studied, particularly in settings with limited resources.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> 2. Study Details<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> \u2022 20 low-risk ACS patients (stable, uncomplicated procedures, no bleeding , no new or worsening ECG changes after post PCI ) underwent PCI and were discharged within 6 hours.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> \u2022 A comparison group of 80 matched patients stayed overnight.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> 3. Definition of Low-Risk<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> \u2022 Patients had no post-PCI complications (e.g., bleeding, hematoma, arrhythmia).<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> \u2022 Clinically stable and non-complex lesions.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> \u2022 Adequate home support and quick access to emergency care.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> 4. Results After 7 Days<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> \u2022 No major adverse cardiovascular events or significant bleeding in either group.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> \u2022 Median hospital stay:<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> \u2022 SDD group: ~7.5 hours<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> \u2022 Overnight group: ~54 hours<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> 5.
