\u2022 CAD is the leading global cause of death and disability.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 In Jordan, CAD is rising due to lifestyle and social changes.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 PCI has been widely used since 1987; now performed in 20+ centers.<\/span><\/div>\n

\u2022 To evaluate quality of life (HRQoL) outcomes in Jordanian patients 3 months after PCI.<\/span><\/div>\n

3. Methods<\/div>\n
\u2022 Prospective descriptive study, 101 patients (85 men, 16 women), aged 18\u201365 with chronic coronary syndrome.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Data from three hospitals in Amman: Queen Alia Heart Institute, Prince Hamza, Jordan University Hospital.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Used CROQ v2 (Arabic) questionnaire pre- and post-PCI.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
4. Key Results<\/div>\n
\u2022 Symptoms: major improvement (large effect).<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Physical function: improved (moderate effect).<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Psychosocial function: improved (small effect).<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Cognitive function: improved (moderate effect).<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Gender differences: men showed greater improvement than women.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Other factors (age, weight, hospital): no significant impact.<\/span><\/div>\n

5. Adverse Effects<\/div>\n
\u2022 Most common: groin\/arm wound tenderness and pain.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Least reported: bruising at catheter site.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Overall satisfaction: moderate (~71\/100).<\/span><\/div>\n

\u2022 PCI significantly improves HRQoL in Jordanian CAD patients.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Men consistently report better outcomes than women.<\/span><\/div>\n
