* Transcatheter tricuspid repair + medical therapy vs medical therapy alone.
* Death/HF hospitalization ↓60% at 3 years (HR 0.40).
* Survival at 3 years: 72.3% vs 53.9%.
* HF hospitalization-free survival: 62.4% vs 31.0%.
* Key message: Transcatheter repair significantly reduced death and HF hospitalization in high-risk severe TR.
